Everyone waiting for the groom to walk up. There were hundreds it seemed, and I was not at all the only professional photographer here. I had to muster up the courage to turn my lens on all the people watching, got a bad look from someone, but hey, its the job! Ill forever love this picture a lot, just so colourful.
I never realized how much of an art make up was until I started to photograph the process. Every lady is a painter of detail, contrast, and radiance.
Usually the first thing I start shooting when I arrive for the day is the fine details, the shoes, rings, jewellery. It gives me time to familiarize myself with the space, as well as for the bridal party to feel more comfortable with me.
